To encourage young doctors to work in the field of HIV, though they may not have submitted abstracts or that their abstracts may have been selected only for poster, we have created another category in partial Scholarships and that is giving 50% concession in Residential package. An amount of Rs.10,000/- flat will be charged and will cover - Registration, Accommodation at the venue hotel for three nights on Triple Occupancy, Hi-speed Internet connection and applicable taxes, three breakfasts, three lunches and two dinners.

In addition, attendance at all the pre-conference workshops on 29th Oct. with Lunch will be on complimentary basis.

ASI has decided to offer this category in partial Scholarship to ART officers, irrespective of the status of their application or if they have not applied.
 
All recipients of even partial scholarships will be designated as Scholars.
 
This will also give the scholarship recipient an opportunity to interact with our renowned national and international faculty during their stay at the venue.

For ART Medical Officer :

Departing from our stands at past ASICONs, we have created very special category only for ART Officers across the country, as a special gesture from our organising committee.
For ART Medical Officers, a limited number of partial Scholarships are created. ART Officers will be asked to bear 50% in Residential packages and the reminder will be borne by the ASICON Organising Committee. An amount of Rs.10,000/- (for Triple Sharing) and Rs. 12,000 (for Twin Sharing) flat will be charged respectively. This will cover - Registration, Accommodation at the venue hotel (JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar) for three nights, Hi-speed Internet connection and applicable taxes, three breakfasts, three lunches and two dinners. The closing date for this scholarship is 5th October or filling up of the last available slot; whichever is early.

Alternatively, ART Medical Officers those who need only registration, it will sponsored by ASI.
